ADMISSION FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024

 

1. Applicants who have obtained previous education abroad must submit their educational documents (original educational documents and transcript of records) for an assessment by the Academic Information Centre (AIC):

   1. If the applicant applies for the AIC assessment individually, the AIC report must be submitted to the Admission Committee of Vocational Secondary School “Victoria”,

   2. If the school is applying for the AIC assessment on behalf of the applicant, the applicant must submit educational documents (in Latvian, English, or Russian language with a notarised translation) and a copy of the passport and pay the AIC assessment fee of 41,00 EUR to school’s bank account.

2. The school issues an Invoice for the amount of the full first-year tuition fee, which must be paid in full amount, and an Application fee of 30,00 EUR.

3. Applicant signs Learning Agreement. 

4. The School issues an invitation for the procession of residence permit. Applicant must transfer a state fee of 50,00 EUR.

5. Upon arrival in Latvia, the applicant must submit:

   1. Application form for Admission;

   2. Copies of educational documents proving the acquisition of basic education (9 years of studies) and copies of transcripts of records (original must be presented);

   3. Copy of passport (original must be presented);

   4. Medical assessment report;

   5. Four photos (3 x 4 cm).
